1、 Job Responsibilities
 
1. Independently complete the structural design, 3D modeling, and 2D engineering drawing of graphite molds based on customer needs and product process requirements, ensuring that the drawings are accurate and meet production standards.
2. Familiar with the characteristics and processing technology of graphite materials, develop mold processing technology processes, optimize mold structures, and improve mold service life and product forming quality.
3. Coordinate with workshop production and trial molding processes, follow up on the entire process of mold processing and trial molding, promptly solve mold technical problems in production, and complete mold repair and optimization work.
4. Participate in mold scheme review, calculate mold design and processing costs, and propose cost optimization suggestions; Organize mold design drawings and process documents, and complete archive management.
5. Communicate with sales and customers to confirm mold design requirements, and cooperate with subsequent mold delivery, after-sales technical support, and other work.
 
2、 Job requirements
 
1. Education: College degree or above, with priority given to majors in mold design and manufacturing, mechanical design, material forming, material engineering, and related fields.
2. Experience: 2-5 years of work experience in graphite mold design, familiar with forming processes such as hot bending, molding, extrusion, etc. are preferred; If fresh graduates have solid experience in mold design internships/projects, they may relax their requirements at their discretion.
3. Skills: Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD (2D drawing), SolidWorks/UG/CATIA (3D modeling), etc. Mastercam/CNC programming and finite element analysis are preferred; Proficient in graphite mold processing techniques (such as turning, milling, grinding, wire cutting, CNC, etc.), able to independently complete the entire mold design process and follow up.
4. Ability: Able to accurately interpret customer drawings, possess independent mold structure design, process layout, and cost accounting capabilities; Strong ability to analyze and solve problems, able to quickly handle mold production and abnormal mold testing issues.
5. Quality: Rigorous and meticulous work, strong sense of responsibility, good communication and collaboration skills, able to adapt to on-site work such as workshop technical docking and trial mold follow-up.

3、 Bonus points
 
1. Experience in designing glass hot bending graphite molds, graphite electrode/bipolar plate molds, and metallurgical/semiconductor graphite molds is preferred.
2. Hold professional certificates related to mold design, familiar with ISO quality system management, and have experience in team management/new employee guidance is preferred.
